You retain ownership of the Input you provide and also own the Output generated by AdsGPT based on your Input. We transfer to you any rights we may have in the Output generated for you. However, we do not assign ownership rights to similar or identical Outputs generated for other users.

Similarity of Content

Because our AI tool generates Output based on patterns, the Output you receive may not be unique. Other users could receive similar or even identical results. AdsGPT takes no responsibility for claims about the originality or uniqueness of the generated Output.

Our Use of Content

Accuracy and AI Output

Artificial intelligence is an evolving field, and our services rely on probabilistic models. This means:

Account Termination

 If your account is terminated, you will lose access to all of your account data and services.

If you wish to close your account, you can do so at any time by discontinuing the use of the services. Should you decide to use our services again in the future, the Terms of Use in effect at that time will apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AdsGPT makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on the website or the services. The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. 

Limitation of Liability

AdsGPT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services.  

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
